Our Mission
Citizens for Coastal Conservancy works to protect Southern California's coastal environments and natural resources through education, research, and advocacy, ensuring future generations have public access to clean beaches and healthy coastal ecosystems.
Who We Are
Citizens for Coastal Conservancy is a grassroots non-profit organization run by local citizens who are passionate about protecting our coastal environment.
We are residents of Imperial Beach, Chula Vista, and other South Bay San Diego communities who have witnessed firsthand the devastating impacts of cross-border sewage pollution on our beaches, health, and quality of life.
Unlike corporate-backed interests, we represent the voice of the community, advocating for science-based solutions that prioritize public health and environmental sustainability over short-term political gains.
