“Our mission is to protect and preserve Southern California coastal environments and their natural resources through education of the public, research, and advocacy which will ensure that future generations will have the opportunity to use, recreate and enjoy them to their fullest while also protecting the private property rights of individuals and access rights of the public to their rivers, beaches, bays and wetlands regardless of their socio-economic position in the community.
